This is a very flattering cut, made to be worn high waisted, but has smocking (elastic stitch) in the back waist panel, so can be worn lower if so desired.
Has splits all round, which is great for airflow, and for dancing. A wonderful lightweight fabric so good for the hot seasons (the perfect summer skirt), but can be worn with tights as the seasons change.
